Our house has three EDELWEISS SUPERIOR

We have 3 holiday-apartments in our private house in Rauris. We have all together none-smoking apartments. The guest can smoke outside on the balcony or in the garden if they want. In the both little apartments can live two person and the great (Grubereck) apartment is for five adults. Most there book familys. We have made a nice gardenhouse behind our private house to sit for barbecue, looking for children when they play there...

We are partner from Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. So our houseguests can use in summer from may until oktober the Nationalpark Card in their holidays in Rauris. Infos in the website: www.nationalparkcard.at

Prices

For fix booking i need a deposit about 50 % from the whole cost.

The dates from my bank account you get with the booking confirmation.

The rest please transfer 4 weeks before comming or you have to pay cash after arrival.

For short stay (until 3 nights) in apartment you have to pay more -  daily 4 - 8 Euro an appartment.

The new tax from winter 2016/17 will be 2,-- Euro a person a night, tax is for children from the 15th year

Final endcleaning for our apartments is from 30 until 60 Euro
