Our house is the ideal starting point for skiing, cross-country skiing, walking, wanderings etc. The free ski and Wanderbus is only 3 walking minutes from our house, that takes you to the Hochkönig mountain and Winter Empire.

If you like to go out in the evening, numerous local restaurant are available to you in our village. If requested we provide for you daily fresh bread rolls from the bakery. We look forward to personnaly greeting you.

Summer

In the heart of the Salzburg land, approx 50 km to the south of Salzburg, lies the recreational village of Mühlbach, with the splendid panorama of Hochkönig mountain. Mühlbach distinguishes itself above all by its old mining tradition and hearty hospitality. More than 60 km of marked footpaths leads you up to the summit of the Hochkönig where you can enjoy fantastic views. Sporty vacationers can enjoy tennis, Paragliding, mountaineering, walking, climbing and a lot more. A special child program and a small petting zoo is on offer for the kids.

Experience fantastic winter's days in one of the nicest skiing areas of the Alpine republic:   260 ski lifts on about 800 kms very well preserved runways!

Mühlbach in the Hochkönig is rich in traditions, culture and history, and the ideal holiday destination for Young and Old.

Winter

All around the Hochkönig, splendid snow from December to Easter. Take pleasure of the marvelous scenery in a comfortable horse sledge journey or discover Mühlbach in the Hochkönig with a snowy wandering.

2 toboggan runs (one is illuminated at night) and ice curling provide you with a lot of fun and they are near our house.

With 39 ski elevators in the area of the Hochkönig Winter Empire, with more than 150 kms of ski runways and deep snow departures. The free ski bus is only 3 minutes from our house, and takes you free of charge to one of the numerous places for your skiing pleasure.

Hochkönig's Winter Empire is a partner in the ski group Amadé, With a single pass you have access to five ski regions, to 25 regions, with more than 800 kms of runways and 270 elevators.
