From the first day on you can enjoy the silence, the beautiful nature and the amazing mountain view. Our house is standing on a quiet place to feel free and get new energy. You will enjoy your holiday to each season. Our house is also an ideal starting point for excursions, hiking- biking tours etc. in and around our region (for example Hallstatt, Salzburg etc.).

Our new renovated Apartments are very cozy and ideal for Families with children, but also for couples etc. All our Apartments are furnished with a fully equipped kitchen with all things you´ll need for your perfect holiday (pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, etc.) with electric things like a kettle, a toaster, a coffee-machine (filter machine and one with capsules), mixer, stove with oven, microwave...., a living- and dining room, two separate bedrooms and one shower and toilet minimum. One of our Apartments (at the entrance - ground floor) is also great especially for older people or disabled people (no steps - also the shower is without any step/glass..). We´re happy to welcome you in our house!

Apartment Bergkristall

Our Apartment "Bergkristall" (70 sqare meters) is situated on the third floor of our house and equipped with a living- dining room with a couch, LED-TV, DVD with films and music, free W-lan and a CD-Radio and a balcony with an amazing view.

The Apartment offers space for 2-5 people and is furnished with a full equipped kitchen with all utensils and things you´ll need for cooking etc. (pots, pans, cutlery, electric oven - also for baking, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, mixer, coffee-machine with filter and capsules, a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave etc.; There are two separate bedrooms in it (1 double room and one room with a double- and a single bed), three showers and two toilets. The Apartment is perfect for families up to three children or up to five adults.

Apartment Bernstein

Our Apartment "Bernstein" 55qm is on the 2nd floor of our house (No elevator...) and has a very nice balcony with an amazing mountain view to the garden and to the Tennengebirge (the mountains you see from there). The Apartment is very cozy and modern equipped and ideal for a Family up to two kids, but also for four adults (1 bunk bed). The Apartment has two separate bedrooms with a connected door (one double bed, one bunk bed), a separate toilet, a bathroom with shower and wash basin, a living and dining room with a couch, DVD, CD-Stereo radio, W-lan for free; The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils you´ll need for cooking (pots, pans, refrigerator with a freezer, dishwasher, kettle, an oven with a stove,a coffee-machine with filter or capsules (we offer/sell them to you), a toaster, a mixer etc;

Apartment Rosenquarz

The Apartment "Rosenquarz" (50qm) is on the ground floor (main entrance) of our house. Of course, you can sit outside or enjoy the garden. The Apartment was totally renovated in 2013 and is now also perfect for elder or disabled people which cannot get up because of the steps (there are no steps - also in the shower). Further the Apartment is equipped with a kitchen with all the things you´ll need for cooking, cutlery etc., oven with a stove, dishwasher, mixer, microwave, kettle, capsule or filter coffee machine, a bathroom with shower and toilet/wash basin in one room, a dining and living room with LED-TV, Radio, DVD and W-lan for free, two separate bedrooms (one double bedroom with a little TV, one bunk bed);
